Coronavirus Guidance Notes

Rest assured that our in-depth HACCP plan now incorporating Covid-19 free, food deliveries to your workplace is for your health and safety and is stringently adhered to.
Kitchen, office staff and drivers, are required to answer a questionnaire before work commences. Do you have any off these symptoms High Temperature Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing New loss of taste or smell Nausea or vomiting Diarrhoea. If all answers are negative, then a temperature check will to be taken and recorded. If 37°C or lower. The member of staff will then be allowed to fulfil their duties. Prior to commencement disinfect all work surfaces with Clean Pro + adhere to instruction and then wipe down with disposable paper towel Ensure strict hand hygiene is followed. Hands to be thoroughly washed regularly also after individual duties. Workstations allowing 2mtr segregation without being face to face contact have now been implemented. End of shift all work surfaces and contact areas to be cleaned and disinfected. Clothing /aprons to be cleaned daily and a cleaning allowance will be allocated.
Inward deliveries are contactless taken from the delivery entrance. Only Noble Staff symptoms free and temperature checked are allowed in kitchens and Office.
Deliveries to be undertaken by uniformed Noble Staff temperature checked and symptom free that day. Hand sanitiser to be applied before and after delivery. Delivery vans restricted to driver only. Delivery to offices and boardrooms to be contactless to an area designated by the client. Any returns to be picked up from the clients designated area. Deliveries to workplace and training companies to be contactless and left in kitchens or designated areas. Packaging is all biodegradable and to be disposed of accordingly.
Finger Buffets/Food Platters
As a proactive pragmatic company, we implemented prior to the lockdown procedures to allow our clients the availability of our services whatever wherever whenever. Our menus have not changed, bespoke menus are also available, however sharing platters and sharing buffets are not appropriate in the present climate. To that end buffet’s and platter’s will be on an individual basis presented on biodegradable trays or plates then sealed.
Boardroom buffets are presented on glass effect personal individual platters and sealed. Glass effect platters to be ready for collection next day. Business and workplace presentation are on personal individual biodegradable compartmental trays and sealed.
Training buffets meals are presented on sealed biodegradable plates individually sealed.
Grab and Go meals are individually packed and presented in a biodegradable carrier bag.
Hot Meals Served
Training and Workplace catering to be provided and served by a qualified member of uniformed staff. All plates and cutlery are biodegradable. Meals will be served from behind a Covid-19 screen protector dispensed from a sneeze guard Bain Marie. Noble staff to adhere to government guidelines always.
Hot Meals Self Service
Delivered in 3 pot Bain Marie to clients designated area, a 13amp electricity supply is needed. All plates and cutlery are biodegradable. Nobles recommend that one of the client’s team dispense to staff / clients, dispensing tongs and ladles are then only used by one staff member. Bain Marie’s to be available for collection from designated area adhering to the appropriate distancing in place.
